Debra Barnes, President of Newteach, is a former teacher that has over 18 years experience in staffing, recruitment, employment issues, employee and public relations. She received her undergraduate degree from California University (PA) and continued her graduate studies in education at Southern Illinois University.
		Chris Marshall specializes in leadership development, coaching, employee involvement, teambuilding and organizational problem solving. Chris has over 30 years experience in executive management in mining, retail and non profit. He has a BA in Labor Management Relations from Penn State University and is completing graduate studies in Organizational Management. Chris is a certified business coach.
